The eggplant is a vegetable of dark potatoes (also referred to as the dark asparagus), originated from India, and from there elsewhere in the world. Eggplant, called Arabic eggplant, is an edible plant, one year old, and has a fairly thick and covered stem, whose height is usually between 40 and 150 centimeters.
In the eggplant, the leaves are elliptical with a thin tip and flowers are purple. The fruit of the eggplant is stretched in its shape, narrow or round, with violet, black, yellow and white colors. This plant grows in all tropical and subtropical regions. Varieties of eggplant species are cultivated in different regions of Iran.
